Q: What is the weight of the earrings?
A: They are lightweight ranging from 0.05 oz to 0.2 oz. However, the bigger the design, the more material used, thus making it heavier. Most pieces including brass findings are also lightweight.
Q: What are they made out of?
A: Earrings are made out of clay with stainless steel studs. The hanging studs are nickel-free.
Q: Do you have clip-ons?
A: Yes! However, there are some designs that are not compatible with clip-on backs. Please send me an email at dedelsdesigns@gmail.com or a direct message through Instagram and we can talk specifics!

A: Absolutely! Send me an email at dedelsdesigns@gmail.com or send me a direct message on Instagram and we can chat about what you are specifically looking for! If you are buying in bulk of one style (for your bridesmaids/wholesale) I offer a discount.
Q: My earrings have imperfections! What do I do?
A: I know they do! Since these earrings are handmade, it is impossible to get out all imperfections. However, I try my absolute best to eliminate bubbles and markings. This is the beauty of buying handmade, there are little imperfections in these earrings just like in all of us!
Q: I bought my first pair of earrings! How do I care for them?
A: The type of clay I use is very durable and even bendable! HOWEVER, no matter how tempting, do not bend your earrings. The shape of the earring may warp if you bend them. Store your earrings in a cool, dry place and do not wear them in water. If you need to clean them to wipe off any marks, gently use a damp cloth. If the mark isn't coming off, you can use a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover or rubbing alcohol.
Q: My earrings broke! What do I do?
A: Clay is fragile, therefore, it should be treated as such. If your earrings break within 48 hours of you receiving them, PLEASE let me know! Send me an email at dedelsdesigns@gmail.com with a picture of what broke and I will find a solution! If your earrings break after you have had them for a while, I will not replace them.
Q: What is your current process and ship time?
A: I like to get your earrings to you as soon as possible! Most styles are made to order. Once you place your order, expect 3-4 days of processing time.
Q: My package tracking shows that my earrings have arrived, but I didn't receive them. What do I do?
A: I will provide you with shipping numbers. However, once the earrings have been dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands as to what happens to them. If a package gets lost, contact USPS to determine how to find the package.
